Meet the team behind QS Developments

QS Developments is made up of a team of two of Perth’s property experts – Lawrence Davis (Managing Director) and Kyle Passmore (Director).

Having a small team doesn’t mean QS Developments isn’t able to offer the very best for residents and investors alike. On the contrary, the team is committed to focusing time and energy on a limited number of projects, working with the very best contractors to provide consistently strong results.

“Kyle and I were introduced through shared colleagues upon my return from Sydney. From the start, there was a great synergy between us. We share the same goals and aspirations, and combined our diverse industry experience to launch our QS Developments partnership,” said Lawrence.

Both Lawrence and Kyle have both worked their way up through the industry over the years, using this combined knowledge and expertise to shake up the Perth property development industry. This includes considering every square metre of a project to improve functionality and comfort at every level, while maximising the experience for everyone living there. We have both developed strong relationships over the years in this industry with all the top operators, that will shape our business.

“When you deal with me, you’re dealing with an actual brickie. Someone who understands what people are up against. I’m not here to overpromise or underdeliver, but work with some of the best people in Perth to make sure every project we deliver is built right,” said Lawrence.
