Lawrence Davis
Managing Director
Lawrence began his career as a trade qualified bricklayer and stonemason in the UK, before working as a site manager for a range of leading construction companies across London and beyond.
Having begun his career ‘on the tools’, Lawrence has a highly experienced understanding of the steps involved in creating quality developments, and the resources, commitment and innovation designed to bring them to life.
Lawrence continued building his capabilities in more senior positions, with a range of top tier construction companies. During this time, he has successfully delivered projects across high-rise residential, earthworks commercial and hospitality to the value of $1 billion.

Working as a nimble in-house team of two with Kyle Passmore, Lawrence is using his more than 25 years’ industry expertise to change the Perth property development scene for good.

With over 22 years’ real estate, sales, investment and business development experience, Kyle is a true leader in discovering the potential of every project for buyers and investors alike.
Kyle’s highly successful real estate career saw him reach number one in WA for sales, and maintain a consistently high output over the years. His expert skills ranged from traditional sales through to building and land transactions, Government negotiation and the ongoing training and development of his team.
Since retiring from the industry at just 40, Kyle has been successfully involved in share trading and seed capital investment. He participated in the controlled takeover of publicly listed companies, offering astute financial input and corporate guidance at every stage.
