QS Developments have recently lodged Development Approval for the new Sirius Apartments development in Scarborough. This approval includes 112 residential apartments and 74 short stay hotel rooms within a 4½-star venue.
With a number of milestones now completed, the stage is set for Sirius Apartments to create something truly special for residents and locals alike. Plans include a fully functional 800sqm gymnasium, together with 400sqm of restaurant and wellbeing space and a rooftop yoga area. Negotiations are also being conducted with leading health and fitness organisations for long-term tenancy opportunities.
Health and wellbeing will play a crucial role in Sirius Apartments. When complete, Sirius will achieve a 5-star Green Star rating, with a number of sustainable design features.
The project will also positively contribute to Scarborough’s ongoing redevelopment, helping to activate Brighton Road and create an engaging street presence through generous front landscaping and design.
“To make Sirius Apartments a success, we took the time to do our research. We spoke to many people to get an idea of what they wanted in this development, and how we could make that happen. We’re not about just creating another block of apartments, but a community that has had a lot of time and thought put into it,” said Lawrence Davis, Managing Director of QS Developments.
With more exciting news on the horizon, make sure to stay tuned for all the latest developments for Sirius Apartments. Regular updates will be posted as the project continues to take shape, and gets ready to make a lasting positive contribution to the iconic Scarborough way of life.
